Encryption everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Sensitive fields like government IDs and financial details receive additional protection.
Strict access controls
Each landlord account is isolated. Applicant data is scoped to the account it belongs to and is never shared across landlords.
Trusted infrastructure
We run on established cloud infrastructure with managed databases, automated backups, and least-privilege access for our services.
Payments handled by experts
Application fees and subscriptions are processed by a PCI-compliant payments provider. We never store raw card numbers.
