How much does it cost?

Start free and explore the whole product with no card required. When you're ready to take live applications, it's one flat monthly subscription — no per-application fees charged to you.

Do my applicants have to download an app?

Never. Applicants apply from a single link in their browser — no account to create and no app to install. The whole flow is built for a phone and works on any device.

Is screening included?

Yes. Credit, background, and income verification run inside the same flow, so you never have to log into a separate portal or copy data between tabs.

Does the AI decide who gets approved?

No. The AI summarizes each application and surfaces the key numbers so you can decide faster — but every approval and decline is made by you. The AI is advisory, never automatic.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. Habikeeper is built to work in your language and your applicants' language from day one, with more languages added over time.

Who owns my data?
